I can help you with my personalised fitness programmes. Sessions can take place in your own home or if you prefer, out in the fresh air near your home, work or local parks.
After an initial Personal Training consultation to establish your goals, general health & fitness, nutritional intake and lifestyle analysis, an exercise programme will be designed specifically for you. Combining various training methods and styles into your programme, enabling you to enjoy your sessions whilst targeting the right areas.
Personal Training Sessions will constantly change using body-weight, high intensity interval training (HIIT), weights, boxing gloves and pads etc. Sessions are progressive and will be designed to work you at your current fitness ability and move you onto the next level, improving your fitness as you go.
My Personal Training sessions are bold, dynamic & challenging but most important rewarding! I incorporate free-weights, body-weight, boxing, suspension, kettle bells, high intensity interval training (HIIT), spin, circuits & endurance training.
